Unlike alternative carpark management systems, Technoso’s solution is 100% wireless, removing the cost and burden of installing communications cables over the 1km distance between the carpark’s 2 entrances and exits.
The parking system to be built at Park Monfort will include 2 ticketless entrance terminals, 2 ticketless exit terminals, License Plate Recognition cameras, 24/7 in-lane customer support, integrations with popular parking payment apps and cashless payment terminals.
Technoso will manage all customer service needs of the system in real time via its 24/7 in-lane customer support solution. In addition to the financial and environmental benefits offered by a ticketless parking system, Technoso’s offsite support solution also saves Park Monfort’s management in human resource and control room costs.
